We build and develop high-load CRM/ERP platforms, along with customer-facing products that involve extensive integrations and complex backend logic. You will work on long-term critical systems, contributing to a modern microservices architecture and high-performance backend services.
Developing backend functionality for large-scale, long-term products
Participation in architecture design and microservices planning
Working in one of the two scrum teams
Collaborating with the Principal Architect in making key architectural decisions
Participation in sprint planning, task estimation and strict code reviews
Creating and maintaining integrations with internal and external systems
Improving performance, stability, scalability, and overall code quality
Basic requirements
5+ years of commercial experience in backend development
3+ years of experience with PHP
Ability to understand, maintain and improve existing code
Solid knowledge of OOP: design patterns, MVC, MVP, layered architecture (DDD is an advantage)
Solid understanding of PSR standards, SOLID principles, and clean code practices
Experience in database design and SQL query optimization
Hands-on experience with MariaDB, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch / OpenSearch
Strong knowledge of microservices architecture: service communication, fault tolerance, event-driven design
Experience with Kafka
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CLI, Nginx/Apache
Understanding CI/CD flows (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins) at the developer level
Ability to write technical documentation (desirable)
English for reading and writing technical documentation
Russian is the main language within the team
