Establishment and implementation of unified standards and technical policies in the field of IT;
Organization and control of planning, design, construction, modernization, and optimization of the Internet, TV, and fixed-line network;
Development and implementation of instructions and regulations;
Monitoring their enforcement;
Building the department structure, recruiting staff, motivation, and training;
Ensuring the business's continuous operation of information systems;
Developing IT infrastructure, establishing processes within the IT department;
Providing monitoring and diagnostics of the technical state of IT infrastructure, analyzing the causes of failures and malfunctions in the system;
Planning the purchase, ordering, and accounting of IT equipment;

Participating in business interactions with corporate clients;

Higher technical education (preferably in IT);
Over 6 years of experience as an IT Director or Deputy IT Director;
Experience in developing and implementing regulations and processes;
Knowledge in management, deep expertise in the domain area;
Proven experience in forming and managing a team of IT specialists;
Ability to organize employees' work effectively;
Skills in effective communication, leadership qualities, ability to prioritize;
Systems thinking and project management experience (including managing multiple projects simultaneously);
