Providing legal assistance to the panels resolving appeals as well as drafting normative act proposals submitted to the Agency.
By working with ANSC, you have the opportunity to gain:

Formulating opinions on draft normative acts submitted to the Agency.
Providing legal assistance to the panels for adjudicating complaints, as well as participating in the process of drafting decision projects concerning the resolution of complaints.
Preparing draft administrative acts or proceedings to ensure the exercise of the adjudicating panels’ duties related to complaints.
Participating in the development of the Agency's annual performance reports regarding the handling of complaints.
Providing consultancy and ongoing information to the Agency's leadership regarding changes to legislative acts related to the field of complaint resolution and public procurement.
be a citizen of the Republic of Moldova;
possess the Romanian language and the official interethnic communication languages spoken in the respective territory to the extent established by law;
have full legal capacity;
have not reached the age of 63;
be physically fit to perform the public function, according to the medical certificate issued by the authorized medical institution, if the respective position has specific health requirements;
have the necessary education required for the respective public position;
in the last 5 years, have not been dismissed from a public office according to Art. 64 paragraph (1) letters a) and b) or have not had the individual employment contract terminated for disciplinary reasons;
have no unexpunged criminal record for intentionally committed offenses;
not be barred from holding certain positions or from carrying out certain activities as a primary or additional punishment due to a final court sentence that imposed this prohibition;
do not have a ban on holding a public office or a public dignity position, which results from an act of the National Integrity Authority.
Higher education completed in law, a master's degree in law will be an advantage;
Professional experience in the legal field - 1.5 years;
Knowledge of the legal framework in the areas of civil, administrative, public procurement law, expertise in the field of utilities and concessions for works and services procurement will be an advantage;
Experience in public procurement and in formulating/resolving complaints, as well as examining petitions will be an advantage;
Work experience in the public sector will be an advantage;
Knowledge of an internationally recognized language;
Skills in using computers and data processing and information programs, effective communication (verbal/written), planning, teamwork, and training.
