The company is looking for a Legal Expert with experience in corporate, commercial and procedural law, to strengthen the legal team and support the company's strategic activity.
Providing legal assistance for all company activities in the field of corporate, commercial and procedural law
Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
Representing the company in relations with state and private authorities in courts of law
Litigation management and defense strategy coordination
Monitoring relevant legislative changes and their implementation within the company
Providing legal advice to top management in making strategic decisions
Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate, commercial and procedural law
In-depth knowledge of applicable national and international legislation
Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills
Proactive, disciplined, detail-oriented and solution-oriented person
Ability to simultaneously manage complex projects and tight deadlines
Experience in litigation management and court representation
Knowledge of Romanian, Russian and English (advantage)
Professional and dynamic environment, with complex and challenging projects
