The purpose of the vacant public position, according to the job description:
Carries out the endorsement and drafting of internal normative act projects within the insolvency procedure,
the endorsement of contract projects and participating in the insolvency procedures of the contributors to
the State Social Insurance Budget, as well as providing legal assistance.
The basic tasks of the vacant public position, according to the job description:
Drafting, endorsing internal normative acts received in the insolvency proceedings from
the subdivisions of the National Social Insurance House.
Taking actions concerning the recovery of funds for the state social insurance budget.
Representing the interests of the National Social Insurance House in courts of law/ insolvency
proceedings and legal bodies.
Submitting claims for validation of the debts owed by contributors to the state social insurance budget.
Ensuring participation in the insolvency procedure.
Specific requirements for participation in the competition:
Education:
- higher education, bachelor's degree or equivalent, in the field of law;
- training courses in social insurance, public administration, legal field.
Professional experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the legal field.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the legislation in the field;
- Computer skills;
- Knowledge of the state language and the official languages of circulation on the territory of the republic, including an international circulation language (level B1).
Skills: working with information, consulting, training, presenting, effective communication, teamwork.
Attitudes/ Behaviors: analysis and synthesis of complex data, phenomena, and processes, solving highly complex problems in the field of the public social insurance system, working with information, consulting, training, presenting, effective communication, teamwork.
The salary will be specified during the interview.
Conditions for participation in the competition:
a. hold the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;
b. possess the Romanian language and the official languages of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory
within the limits established by law;
c. have full capacity to exercise rights;
d. has not reached the age of 63;
e. is medically fit, according to
the health certificate issued by the authorized medical institution, if for the respective position there are
established special health requirements;
f. has the necessary education stipulated for the respective public position;
g. in the last 5 years has not been dismissed from a public position under Article 64 paragraph (1) letters a) and b) or the individual labor contract has not been
terminated for disciplinary reasons;
h. does not have unexpunged criminal record for intentionally committed crimes;
i. is not deprived of the right to hold certain positions or to practice a certain activity,
as a basic or additional punishment, as a result of the final court judgment which
has ordered this prohibition;
j. does not have a ban on holding a public position or a public dignity, resulting from a
finding act of the National Integrity Authority.
