Initiating phone calls and making visits to debtors
Adapting the payment strategy for each individual debtor
Analysis of the statements of amounts paid by debtors
Sending notifications/summonses to debtors
Representation of the institution in court
Maintaining the confidentiality of the work performed and the information managed
Collaboration with the bailiff
Completed higher education in the legal field
Experience in debt collection (an advantage)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
Category B driving license and ownership of a personal car
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian
