In accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the organization and conduct of the competition for the selection of personnel for vacant positions at the IP "Public Audit Oversight Council", approved by the Decision of the Audit Oversight Committee no. 44 of December 22, 2025, the IP "Public Audit Oversight Council" announces a competition for the vacant position of: Senior Specialist CEC gr. II
NOTE : Copies of the nominated documents may be authenticated by a notary or presented together with the original documents for verification of their veracity. If the competition file is submitted by post or e-mail, this provision applies on the date of the written test of the competition, under penalty of rejection of the competition file.

General purpose of the function:
Ensuring compliance with legislation in the Council's activity, identifying legal risks and providing specialized advice, contributing to preventing legal problems and protecting the institution.
Basic tasks of the position:
Participates in the process of developing and improving draft legislative and regulatory acts regarding the field of public audit oversight;
Participates in the development/review of contracts, as well as in the drafting/review of other legal documents necessary for the Council's activity;
Prepares legal opinions and legal opinions;
Participates in resolving complaints;
Monitors legislative changes and ensures that the Council's processes are in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova;
Provides legal support to employees in the process of carrying out their activities within the Council, if necessary;
Manages legal correspondence;
Represents the Council, within the limits of its competences, in relations with public institutions, public authorities and audit entities, individuals and legal entities, if necessary.
Requirements for the candidate for admission to the competition:
has higher education in the legal field;
holds the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;
knows Romanian, knowledge of international languages is an advantage;
knows the legislation in the field;
has full capacity to exercise;
has no outstanding criminal record and has not been convicted by final court decision for crimes that have not been rehabilitated;
has not reached the age required to obtain the right to an old-age pension.
