- Ensuring compliance with the law in the company's activities and protecting its legal interests;
- Providing methodological guidance on legal work, participating in the development of documents, and providing legal assistance to the company's structural divisions in document preparation;
- Participating in the development and implementation of measures to strengthen contractual, financial, and labor discipline;
- Participating in the drafting and conclusion of business agreements and conducting legal expertise of such agreements;
- Representing the company's legal interests in courts, as well as in state and public organizations when addressing legal issues;
- Handling judicial cases;
- Maintaining a register of existing company contracts and updating necessary contractual conditions;
- Monitoring compliance with deadlines by individuals involved in fulfilling contractual obligations;
- Endorsing legal documents of the company.
