Legal advice to company departments in areas such as electronic communications, consumer protection and personal data protection
Providing legal advice in the process of providing electronic payment services
Legal insurance of the company's economic activity
Drafting and approving legal documents necessary for internal activity
Representing the company in courts, police and other authorities
Participation in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings
Assistance in registering copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights
Completed legal studies
Practical experience in the legal field of at least 2 years
Solid knowledge in:
corporate law
commercial law
contracts between and for professionals
consumer protection
personal data protection
PC operating skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
Fluency in Romanian and Russian (English – intermediate-advanced level)
Responsibility, attention to detail and meeting deadlines
