OCN SEBO CREDIT SRL is recruiting a Jurisconsult , who will provide legal assistance to the company, as well as manage the field of personal data protection .
Provides general legal advice and assistance, drafting and reviewing legal documents.
Provides legal advice and assistance in matters of personal data protection.
Monitors the compliance of the organization and internal documents with the provisions of the PDCP legislation and the legislation in force.
Ensures communication with the National Center for Personal Data Protection.
Provides training and legal support to employees in the field of data protection.
Completed higher education in the field of law (Law degree);
Relevant experience (minimum 2) in a legal position.
Knowledge of GDPR, Law No. 195/2024 and related regulations;
Legal analysis and legislative interpretation skills;
Excellent communication and legal drafting skills;
Attention to detail, professional integrity and confidentiality.
Knowledge of English at least at level B1
