Job description

Initiating phone calls and visits to debtors
Customizing the repayment strategy for each individual client
Analyzing the situations of amounts paid by debtors
Sending notifications/demands to debtors
Maintaining the confidentiality of completed work and managed information

Responsibility

- Good communication and negotiation skills. - Detail-oriented and observant. - Willing to work in both team and individual settings. - Focused on achieving results and meeting goals.

Obligations

Ability to establish communication and conduct negotiations
Language proficiency: Romanian and Russian
Higher education (preferably in law)
Initiative, decision-making skills, and results-oriented
Proficient PC user (MS Office)

Salary

Salary consisting of a fixed amount + a percentage of earnings (the higher the collected sum, the higher the percentage of the salary)
During the adaptation period - we guarantee a minimum salary of 7000 MDL (if you earn more - we pay you more)
