-Initiating phone calls and making visits to debtors
-Tailoring repayment strategies for each debtor individually
-Analyzing the situations of sums paid by the debtors
-Sending notifications/demands to debtors
-Representing the institution in court
-Maintaining confidentiality of the work performed and the information managed
-Collaborating with the judicial executor
-Completed higher education in the legal field
-Experience in debt collection (an advantage)
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Driver's license category B and possession of a personal vehicle
-Proficiency in Romanian and Russian languages

-Fuel and compensation for vehicle wear and tear are provided monthly
The salary will be specified during the interview.
The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
