TMG Consultancy SRL is looking for a dedicated and competent Lawyer to join our dynamic team!
Providing legal advice to clients in various areas of law.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and amendments.
Representing clients before government institutions.
Conducting legal research and interpreting applicable laws.
Maintaining professional relationships with clients and ensuring effective communication.
Monitoring legislative changes and advising clients in accordance with new regulations.
Collaborating with the internal team and providing legal support for various projects.
Analyzing, revising, and drafting commercial contracts;
Obtaining permits, licenses, approvals, etc., for entrepreneurial activities in various fields;
Documentation for foreign citizens, etc.
Completed higher education in law.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge in various branches of law (civil, commercial, labor, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The ability to work independently and in a team.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of the English language is an advantage.
