The real estate agency Top Estate is looking for a responsible, well-prepared legal consultant focused on practical solutions, who can assist with our daily activities and provide legal support to our agents.
- Verification of property deeds;
- Legal consultancy for clients and agents;
- Drafting and reviewing contracts;
- Updating legislation;
- Management of disputes or conflicts;
- Internal support for the company.
- Completed legal studies;
- Relevant experience in the real estate field (mandatory);
- Good knowledge of civil law, land registry, real estate law;
- Seriousness, attention to detail, ability to clearly explain legal information;
- Driving license category B — (mandatory);
- Personal vehicle — (a plus).
Part-time: 5 hours/day, from Monday to Friday;
Flexible scheduling of hours, depending on the agency's needs.
Salary: Between 12,000-20,000 lei per month, depending on the level of experience and involvement.
