Job description

Our company is a leading international-level outsourcing call center in Europe. Our mission is to provide efficient and professional customer service, helping our clients achieve their goals and needs. Due to our scaling and rapid growth, we are in search of a Supervisor/Team Leader for our remote contact center operator group.

Responsibility

  • 50% of the time - working with the team, providing feedback on mistakes, motivation, fostering engagement and loyalty among operators, maintaining a positive work environment, preventing employee burnout and turnover;

  • Managing a group of operators (approximately 15 operators). Monitoring employee performance, and developing and motivating them.

  • Working with new hires, facilitating their adaptation, training, and introduction to their roles;

  • Monitoring employee work, providing feedback based on call listening to improve quality, and increasing the efficiency and profitability of the team;

  • Monitoring labor discipline;

  • Participating in the hiring and dismissal of department staff;

  • Creating work schedules. Ensuring their implementation;

  • Analyzing the productivity of the team. Developing and implementing measures to increase it;

  • Creating a favorable working environment. Maintaining the company's image among employees.

Obligations

  • Experience in sales of dietary supplements and vitamins;

  • Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;

  • Ability to build relationships and create a team, responsibility, loyalty, result-oriented work;

  • Focus on results. The goal is not just to teach, but to influence the improvement of the entire contact center's efficiency;

  • Leadership qualities, ability to resolve conflicts, analytical mindset;

  • Having a group of call-center operators is an advantage.
