We are looking for a motivated, organized and excellent communication English Language Manager to join our international team – 100% remote.
Selling airline tickets and related services to international customers (by phone, email, chat);
Guiding customers in choosing the best flight options, depending on needs and budget;
Managing reservations and changes in ticketing systems;
Maintaining clear, fast and professional communication in English;
Achieving sales targets and reporting performance to management;
Monitoring the market and proposing solutions to increase sales.
Advanced English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
Sales experience (ideally in aviation, ticketing or tourism).
Knowledge of GDSs (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) – an advantage.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Organization, seriousness and customer orientation.
Stable internet access and a quiet workspace (for remote work).
Collaboration or employment contract, depending on preference.
