We are hiring a Transport Manager (with or without experience – training provided)
Searching for goods for our own transport and expanding the customer base
Planning optimal routes for freight transportation
Concluding and managing contracts with clients
Processing the accompanying documentation for the goods
Coordinating the drivers' activities
Monitoring routes and vehicle positioning
Market analysis and searching for new clients for the company's services.
Responsibility, effective communication, and willingness to work
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages
Experience in the field (or willingness to be trained)
Computer operating skills.
Negotiable salary + percentage of profit
Management of a fleet of 10 trucks
Training opportunity for those without experience.
The salary is determined during the interview.
