We are in search of an energetic and results-oriented International Freight Transport Manager to help us coordinate and develop our international transport operations.
Organization, coordination, and monitoring of international freight transport;
Daily collaboration with carriers, clients, and internal and external partners;
Negotiating rates and transport conditions with suppliers and clients;
Checking transport documentation and ensuring adherence to delivery deadlines;
Optimizing transport costs and identifying efficient logistical solutions;
Resolving any non-conformities that may arise during transport.
Proven experience in the field of transport and freight forwarding (national and/or international);
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages – mandatory (written and spoken);
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Planning ability, attention to detail, and results-oriented;
Good PC skills (MS Office, email, logistics applications);
Team spirit, initiative, and adaptability to unpredictable situations;
Availability for travel, if necessary.
