With over 18 years of experience on the domestic and international market, ȘARGU-TRANS SRL specializes in international vehicle transportation and vehicle trade. We are expanding our team and hiring a CAR TRANSPORT COORDINATOR.
Ordering spare parts and monitoring parts delivery
Identification of spare parts suppliers and services, comparative cost checking
Recording of parts ordered, work performed and order management
Scheduling service work, preventive maintenance work and drawing up the preventive maintenance program
Coordination with service stations and drivers to organize repair work, technical maintenance and check the quality of work
Records of spare parts and technical work separately on trucks
Preparing the requested reports and updating the database with information regarding technical works
Preparing periodic reports on the technical condition of means of transport
Truck inspection, including when performing technical work
Collaboration with drivers and logistics staff
Emergency management in case of breakdowns and coordination of rapid interventions
Vehicle performance analysis
Involvement in transportation processes, collaboration with drivers in transportation processes
Replacing the transport manager during vacations
Higher education in mechanical engineering or transportation
Knowledge in the field of mechanics, technical standards
Technical troubleshooting and troubleshooting skills
Courses or certifications in the field of international transport will be an advantage
Knowledge of Romanian, Russian and English preferred
Knowledge of MS Office
Driving license B, C, CE
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field, preferably in international transport or logistics companies, including coordination with service teams or external suppliers
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
