Dispatcher at a startup online logistics platform. Primary responsibilities: technical support, order processing, interaction with clients and operators, transaction accounting. Compensation: base salary plus commission on orders, income up to 20,000 rubles and above.
Receiving and processing customer requests via CRM
Order support: from inquiry to deal closure
Communication with operators (special equipment, transport), coordination of work
Consulting clients on platform services
Maintaining records of orders, statuses, and payments in the system
Basic technical support for platform users
Monitoring order fulfillment deadlines and providing feedback
Confident PC user (browser, instant messengers, spreadsheets)
Literate oral and written communication (Russian; Romanian is a plus)
Ability to communicate with clients and find solutions
Responsibility, attention to detail
Willingness to learn and work in a startup environment
Basic understanding of logistics/services is preferred but not required
Experience as a dispatcher, call center operator, or manager is a plus
Fixed salary + percentage of orders
