Position Overview GTA is seeking an experienced LTL/Partial Load Manager to maximize truck profitability by efficiently booking and combining partial loads, reducing empty runs, and maintaining strong broker relationships.
Responsibilities
Booking and formation of LTL / partial loads
Optimizing routes and trailer usage
Working with load boards (DAT, Truckstop) and brokers
Negotiating rates and securing profitable cargo
Coordination with drivers and cargo tracking
Resolving issues and ensuring timely delivery
Requirements
1-2+ years of dispatcher experience (LTL experience preferred)
Strong capacity planning skills and market knowledge
Experience with DAT / Truckstop
Good communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of English is required (knowledge of Russian will be a plus)
