Collaborating with department heads on issues related to the receipt and dispatch of cargo.
Creating cargo flow schedules, choosing delivery methods, and types of transportation.
Coordinating loading/unloading operations for products.
Entering into contracts with freight forwarding companies.
Technical mindset, the ability to analyze situations, and find optimal solutions to problems.
Strong leadership qualities: the ability to organize a team's work, set tasks for subordinates, and monitor their completion.
Higher education in the relevant field.
At least 3 years of experience in logistics.
Proficiency in Russian, Romanian, and English languages.
Confident PC user, MS Office, and 1C software.
Knowledge of the fundamentals of international economic activity, international transportation, and customs legislation is an advantage.
