International transport company, with truck base in Verona (Italy), operating mainly on routes in northern Italy, is hiring a Transport Dispatcher / Logistics Operator for the office in Chisinau, Moldova.
• Planning and coordination of international transport trips
• Maintaining contact with drivers and partners
• Monitoring routes and compliance with established schedules
• Use of computer and GPS navigation systems
• Managing operational situations and resolving problems that arise along the route
• Experience in dispatching / transport logistics – an advantage, but not mandatory
• Good knowledge of:
• Italian language
• Russian language
• Romanian language
• Good PC operating skills
• Knowledge of GPS navigator
• Ability to orient, organize and prioritize
• Flexibility and availability to work in shifts
