The role involves optimizing logistic processes, devising efficient strategies, and interacting with a skilled and creative team.
Processing documentation for import.
Preparing a dossier for each vehicle, including traffic police documents.
Communicating with carriers and providing them with the necessary information.
Interfacing with the sales department and sharing information.
Entering and processing data in the corporate system.
Knowledge in economics, business, logistics, or related disciplines.
Proficient use of PC (Windows, Word, Excel).
Analytical mindset and ability to learn quickly.
Fluency in Russian and Romanian languages; English proficiency is an advantage.
Quick-witted, teamwork skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt quickly.
