• Base fixed salary: negotiable/month
Incentive System:
On fulfilling the set plan, an employee is awarded a bonus of +10% of his/her total monthly income (including the fixed portion and commissions).
In the event of non-fulfillment of the plan, no bonus is paid, and a recalculation is made: for each closed deal, the employee is credited with 35% of the commission earned by the company for that deal.
