Job description

We are Eximol, a design and construction company that has been successfully growing since 2004. Due to our HR specialist moving into the role of Administrative Director, we are in search of someone capable of handling the following tasks.

Responsibility

  • Organize the recruitment process for new employees;

  • Develop and implement employee training programs;

  • Develop employee performance evaluation systems;

  • Create and maintain a healthy organizational culture;

  • Create and regularly supplement employee personnel files;

  • Build a pool of candidates for rapid scaling.

Obligations

  • Solid knowledge in personnel management and labor legislation;

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

  • The ability to develop and implement effective policies and procedures;

  • Skills in managing compensation and benefits;

  • Experience in organizational development and in facilitating staff training;

  • The ability to effectively manage employee relations and resolve conflicts;

  • The capacity to assess and improve the performance of staff and the team.

Salary

  • Base salary of 7000 lei + a 1500 lei bonus for each recruited employee + 1000 lei for achieving the monthly target.

Working conditions

Full-time schedule.
