Responsibilities
Organize the recruitment process for new employees;

Requirements
Solid knowledge in personnel management and labor legislation;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
The ability to develop and implement effective policies and procedures;
Skills in managing compensation and benefits;
Experience in organizational development and in facilitating staff training;
The ability to effectively manage employee relations and resolve conflicts;
The capacity to assess and improve the performance of staff and the team.
