Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating the assigned teams by monitoring individual objectives, tracking performance indicators, and ensuring deadlines are met;
Resolving issues that arise, with the goal of improving outcomes and ensuring customer satisfaction, in accordance with quality and productivity indicators;
Working effectively with operational managers and stakeholders to overcome any challenges;
Providing support, assistance, and performance evaluation for subordinate managers to aid in developing skills and achieving their full potential;
Applying a long-term strategic vision in managing operational workflows and improving existing processes by generating and implementing innovative ideas and solutions;
Preparing and validating recurring or ad-hoc reports, as needed;
Actively participating in the recruiting and selection process for staff within the departments under management.
To successfully meet the requirements of this role, you will need:
A completed higher education degree;
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, with expertise in coordinating large teams;
Previous experience in a multinational work environment is an advantage;
Knowledge of the French language (minimum level B1) and English (minimum level A2);
Skills in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
The ability to adapt to various cultures and professional environments;
Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
Excellent time management and efficient organizational skills.
