SME Customer Relations Manager

We are looking for a colleague for the position of SME Customer Relations Manager.

The objective of the position is to ensure the business plan, promote and sell banking products and services, as well as ensure the correct recording of operations in this regard.

What will you do:

· Promote and sell banking products and services, especially lending products;

· Attract new SME clients and maintain relationships with existing SME clients;

· Review requests for products exposed and not exposed to credit risk, including the preparation and submission for review/approval of materials related to the client's file;

· Verify the compliance of contractual conditions with decisions/decisions regarding the conclusion of transactions;

· Financial analysis and estimation of risky transactions for SME clients with the formulation of related proposals for other subdivisions and bodies of the bank;

· Prepare, develop and update internal and external reports and information notes of the Bank within the limits of the Regional Center's attributions;

· Complete credit and pledge contracts related to SME credit facilities and amendments thereto in accordance with the decisions approved by the competent bodies;

· Monitor loans granted to SME clients throughout the entire period.

What we are looking for:

· University studies in the field of economics;

· At least 2 years of lending experience;

· Sales and negotiation skills;

· Communication and teamwork skills;

· Skills in analyzing the economic and financial situation of enterprises;

· Knowledge of the regulatory acts regulating banking activity;

· Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian;

· Category B driving license with driving experience (advantage).

Salary payment will be made once a month on the last working day of each month.
