Training and Development Manager
The company " BIROVITS " was founded in 1998 and develops two lines of business in the field of import and distribution of office, school and home goods.
We distribute over 32 global brands. We work with major chain stores, active wholesalers, and numerous companies in Moldova. Today, we work with over 2,000 companies in the office sector.
As we continue to grow, we feel the need to expand our department and, accordingly, to manage and direct the sales department.
We have a vacancy open for a Training and Development Manager.
Key tasks:
Staff training and development
Development and implementation of training programs for sales department employees
Training in sales standards, communication with clients, and handling objections
Adaptation and induction of new employees
Conducting trainings, certifications, knowledge assessments.
Experience as a manager/trainer/training specialist from 2 years
Practical experience in staff training and sales experience
Ability to structure processes and bring them to results
Excellent communication skills, empathy, systems thinking
Proficiency in Russian and Romanian
Confident PC user, 1C, CRM
Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code;
Corporate training and professional development.
