Job description

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented and eager to learn individual who can contribute to the efficient management of internal processes and maintain effective collaboration with suppliers.

Responsibility

  • Collection and structuring of information on suppliers;

  • Maintaining the database for items and suppliers;

  • Elaboration of statistical summary tables by product categories;

  • Monitoring documentation from suppliers;

  • Entering and processing data in the internal information system;

  • Extracting and editing reports;

  • Monitoring orders and making merchandise distributions.
