In order to strengthen the team that manages the product portfolio and provides technical support for the sales team and partners, our company is hiring a Product Manager / Application Technician / Technical Advisor within the technical department.
Provides technical support on products to the sales team and all categories of collaborators – recommendations, technical information, technical offers, on-site assistance, and training.
Actively participates in the creation of technical documentation necessary for products in preparation for their commercialization.
Offers assistance and technical supervision for works related to the application of products marketed by the company.
Conducts demonstrations on the techniques of applying products.
Participates in the performance of findings and technical expertise regarding the application of products in order to resolve complaints and carry out inspection reports.
Creates product samples on various types of support surfaces.
Participates in the arrangement of display spaces for the product range in partner stores and in its own stores.
Participates in the execution of special works at various sites.
Higher technical education, preferably in civil/industrial engineering.
Advanced knowledge of English.
Knowledge of German is an advantage.
Previous experience in the field of construction materials is an advantage.
