We are looking for a results-oriented Project Manager / Supervisor who loves sales and challenges.
The role involves coordinating a team of 25 Regional Representatives throughout the Republic of Moldova, in the field of distribution.
Monitoring team performance and achieving the sales plan
Regular trips to the territory to support and evaluate agents
Organization of training and motivation systems
Commercial negotiation with customers
Providing activity reports
Working with programs such as 1C (sales).
Successful sales experience in the distribution field (minimum 3 years)
Experience in coordinating and motivating a sales team (over 20 people)
Solid leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of Russian and the state language at a conversational level
Category B driving license and personal car
Availability for periodic travel within the territory.
