Responsibility

Office activity management:

  • Efficient organization of daily office activities

  • Managing phone calls and correspondence

  • Supply of materials necessary for the operation of the office

  • Scheduling meetings with clients, welcoming them and providing basic information about the agency's services

  • Document management and archive maintenance
    Director Assistance:

    • Agenda coordination and scheduling of important meetings

    • Preparing documents for meetings and presentations

    • Assistance in the implementation of specific projects

    • Tracking delegated tasks to ensure deadlines are met

Obligations

  • Relevant experience in a similar position

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Knowledge of Romanian and Russian (English is an advantage)

  • Advanced MS Office operation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to use social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

  • Good organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proactive, solution-oriented person

Salary

Working conditions
