Dental clinic is hiring a Dental Clinic Patient Relations Manager.
Direct communication with patients;
Explanation of dental procedures and their stages;
Providing information about types of treatments: general procedures, retreatment, dental restoration, gingioplasty;
Clarifying treatment plans and answering patients' questions;
Maintaining a relationship of trust between the patient and the clinic;
Collaboration with dentists and clinic staff.
Experience in the dental field;
Very good communication and relationship skills with patients;
Ability to explain dental procedures clearly and correctly;
Responsibility, empathy, attention to detail;
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian.

Salary from 15,000 lei
Monday–Friday: 09:00–18:00
Saturday: one Saturday working/one Saturday off, 09:00–14:00
