Confident calls to clients;
Sell a lot and at high prices.
Ability to work in a team and maintain team morale;
Readiness for the principle that the more you sell, the more you earn, and the understanding that no sales means no earnings;
Capability to achieve set goals.
Working with high-quality products at a company that earns its keep honestly, not through deceit, selling only what the customer truly needs;
An ease of communication with management, where support and assistance are always available and refusal is never an option;
The opportunity to lead the company and become the director or a founder;
