Coordination of stores in the assigned region
Sales tracking and team performance
Ensuring the application of commercial policies and brand standards
Supporting and developing store managers
Proposing solutions to increase sales and operational efficiency
Higher education in economics, management, marketing or business administration
3-5 years of experience in coordinating B2C activities / commercial field
Advanced knowledge of Romanian and Russian
Driving license category B
Having your own transport is an advantage
