About the role
We are looking for a proactive Partnership Manager with analytical skills and excellent communication skills to contribute to the development of our partner network and attract new referrals for lending. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, develop strategic partnerships and be part of a results-oriented team.
Market analysis and identification of opportunities to develop the partner portfolio.
Establishing and strengthening relationships with existing and potential partners.
Negotiating and concluding partnerships for the purpose of obtaining recommendations for lending.
Monitoring partner activity and proposing solutions to increase the volume of recommendations.
Developing and presenting periodic reports on results and activity.
Contributing ideas and suggestions to improve products and sales processes.
Meeting KPIs and obtaining related bonuses.
Relevant experience in sales, partnerships or business relations (advantage – financial/banking/microfinance field).
Excellent communication, negotiation and results-oriented skills.
Higher education (preferably in economics, business or similar).
Category B driving license and availability for travel in Chisinau and suburbs.
Driving license: Category B (required)
Salary: Negotiable, bonuses for meeting KPIs
Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00
