JLC Company, a leader in the dairy products market in the Republic of Moldova, is expanding its team and is looking for a responsible, energetic and results-oriented Supervisor (Head of Sales Department) , who will coordinate the activity of the sales team and contribute to the development of the commercial network.
Coordination and supervision of the activity of the sales team in the territory;
Planning, organizing and monitoring the sales process of dairy products;
Establishing commercial objectives and ensuring their achievement;
Developing and maintaining effective relationships with the company's distributors and customers;
Monitoring the presence and visibility of products at points of sale;
Analysis of sales indicators and preparation of periodic reports for management;
Implementing commercial policies and sales standards established by the company;
Identifying opportunities to expand the market and increase sales volumes;
Training, motivating and evaluating the performance of the sales team;
Ensuring discipline, respect for the route and quality of execution in the field;
Collaborating with other departments (marketing, logistics, accounting) to achieve common goals.
Higher education;
Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating sales teams;
Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills;
Stress resistance, spirit of initiative and result orientation;
High level of responsibility and work capacity;
Solid operating knowledge in MS Excel, Word, 1C ;
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;
