LINELLA announces a vacancy for the position of: Category Manager – Fresh
We are looking for a communicative person with good negotiation skills. If you are a person with sales experience, know consumer behavior and want a new experience, then we look forward to meeting you!
Developing and implementing category strategies to drive sales and profit growth;
Effective management of the supply chain and supplier relationships;
Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and respond to market changes;
Coordination of marketing and promotion efforts to support products in the respective category;
Supervising product quality and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Higher Studies;
Previous experience in product category management, preferably in food retail;
PC user: knowledge of Excel, MS Office;
Perfect knowledge of Romanian and Russian (English is an advantage);
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to make strategic decisions based on relevant data and analysis
