Supply Manager – Grocery
We are looking for a passionate retail professional with strategic vision and excellent negotiation skills. If you have experience in purchasing and want to contribute to the development of one of the most important product categories in our company, we are waiting for you to join our team!
Developing and implementing category strategies to increase sales and profit;
Analysis of market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities;
Coordination of marketing and promotion activities to support products in the managed category;
Supervising product quality and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Higher education;
Relevant experience in purchasing or category management (preferably in retail);
PC user: knowledge of Excel, MS Office;
Fluent communication in Romanian and Russian (English is an advantage);
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to make strategic decisions, based on relevant data and analysis.
