LISMEDFARM SRL is hiring a Product Manager in a pharmaceutical warehouse.
Commercial performance of liability products, including achieving sales targets, market share, and established profitability;
The correct development and implementation of the strategy for the portfolio products, from selection and launch to optimization of the life cycle and market withdrawal;
Efficient and transparent management of the marketing budget allocated to liability products and staying within the approved limits;
The accuracy and relevance of market analyses, performance reports, and forecasts presented to the executive leadership;
Full compliance with current legislation and internal company standards in all marketing, promotion, and communication activities related to liability products;
Ensuring effective collaboration with other subdivisions (especially Logistics, Marketing, and Sales) and with external partners (suppliers) for achieving common objectives;
The accuracy of the data and information about liability products introduced and managed in the company's computer systems (e.g., 1C);
Maintaining the confidentiality of commercial data, strategies, and other sensitive information accessed by virtue of the position.
Studies: Secondary education or higher studies in pharmacy or medicine, depending on the products of responsibility;
Professional Experience: minimum of 1 year previous experience in product management, product marketing, brand management or similar roles;
Linguistic Knowledge:
Romanian and Russian language: advanced level (written and spoken);
English language: intermediate-advanced level (B1-B2) (written and spoken);
Technical and Specialized Knowledge:
Knowledge of the legislation specific to the field of activity and that concerning consumer protection and advertising;
Knowledge of digital marketing and SMM (Facebook, Instagram, etc.);
Knowledge of operating management information systems (ex: 1C 8.3, 7.7);
Advanced PC operation: Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations);
The ability to use tools based on artificial intelligence (AI) for analysis, research, and optimization of activities;
Knowledge in market analysis and competition research;
Understanding of the product's specific KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and how to monitor them.
