The wrought iron manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Manager.
Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Coordination and motivation of the sales team to ensure high performance.
Monitoring and analyzing team performance and sales results.
Identifying and developing new business opportunities and markets.
Managing relationships with key clients and business partners.
Preparing and presenting sales reports to the management team.
Participating in the recruitment and training of new sales team members.
Minimum 4 years of previous sales experience, with at least 2 years in management roles.
Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop the team.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and market strategies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
Higher education in business, marketing, or a relevant field is an advantage.
