Development of commercial offers: Creating personalized and attractive offers for customers, tailored to their specific needs and market requirements.
Product promotion and sales: Active promotion of our product range, including specialized stores and points of sale.
Prospecting: Actively identifying and attracting new customers, as well as managing relationships with the existing customer base to increase sales volume.
Negotiation: Leading negotiations with key clients, concluding advantageous contracts and monitoring their implementation.
Market analysis: Monitoring market trends and analyzing the competitive environment to adapt sales strategies to achieve the best results.
Reporting: Preparing periodic reports on sales results and the efficiency of activities carried out.
Professional experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the field of commerce.
Communication skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to convince clients and establish effective interpersonal relationships.
Linguistic knowledge: Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian.
Education: Higher education.
IT skills: Advanced use of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Personal vehicle: Category B driving license; owning a personal vehicle is an advantage.
