Coordinates all Food & Beverage activities (restaurant, bar, breakfast, events, room service) to ensure a great guest experience and financial results in line with Mercure/Accor brand objectives.
Ensures the correct execution of F&B services according to Mercure standards;
Monitors the quality of products and services;
Develops and monitors the F&B department budget;
Monitors costs (food cost, beverage cost, personnel);
Proposes and carries out actions to increase sales;
Monthly inventory of stocks;
Recruit, train and evaluate the F&B team.
Organizes the schedule, delegates tasks and motivates the team;
Ensures compliance with disciplinary rules and internal policies;
Manage guest complaints and feedback.
Ensures maintenance of hygiene and food safety standards;
Contributes to increasing guest satisfaction scores;
Respects and implements Accor/Mercure standards in F&B;
Collaborate with other departments for an integrated guest experience.
Higher education in tourism, hotel management, public catering or similar - an advantage;
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in management positions in Food & Beverage (ideally in 3–4 star international hotels).
Experience in an international hotel brand (Accor, Marriott, Hilton, etc.) is a major plus;
Solid knowledge of F&B management, cost control and food hygiene;
Very good leadership and communication skills;
Knowledge of Romanian, Russian. English is an advantage;
Knowledge of 1C program is an advantage.
Field presence (in restaurants, bars, event halls) – it is not an exclusively office position;
Active participation in internal and external hotel events;
