We're growing and looking for someone who loves the beauty industry and is skilled at delivering customer service, not just sales, to join our team. They will uphold our status as an official distributor and representative of various European brands with dignity.
1) Sales management
• Knowledge of the product range and assortment
• Personal participation in consultations and complex sales
• Implementation and control of the sales plan
• Work with regular clients and key masters
2) Administrative support for the manager
• Control of product balances and orders
• Maintaining current records
• Assistance in organizing promotions and events
• Coordination of work processes
3) Store development
• Organization of the work of the second manager
• Implementation of ideas to increase sales
• Working with customer feedback
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales experience (experience in the beauty industry will be an advantage)
- Team management and process organization skills
- Ability to work with sales plans and indicators
- Developed communication skills and customer focus
- Responsibility, initiative, leadership qualities
- Confident PC user (cash register, accounting, reporting)
- Literate speech and presentable appearance

The salary will be specified during the interview (from 12,000 lei).
Monday-Friday from 9-18. Saturday 1 through 1 from 10-15.
