- Coordination and support of regional representatives
- Organizing employee training and motivation
- Control of the fulfillment of sales plans and compliance with company standards
- Analyzing, planning and achieving ambitious goals
- Presentation of reports on the activity of the subdivision
- Business trips to regions
- Commercial negotiations with customers
- Experience in active sales and team management (sales, service or field teams)
- Planning, controlling and motivating employee skills
- Responsibility, systemic thinking and leadership qualities
- Knowledge of the state language and Russian language
- Driving license category B and personal car
- Working in a modern and growing company
- Fuel compensation and personal car rental
