Sales Manager (Projects, B2B) / Project Manager

We are looking for a professional who knows how to sell and, more importantly, knows how to see projects through to completion: correctly, on time and with a long-term satisfied client. If you enjoy consultative selling and take ownership of the outcome, we want to talk.

Responsibility

  • You take leads, build relationships, and close projects.

  • Analyze needs and propose technical solutions (LED screens)

  • Negotiate, manage objections and maintain communication with the client

  • You prepare the operational part: offers, contracts, invoices

  • Monitor implementation : deadlines, quality, coordination with internal teams

  • Travel to the client (with company transport), participation in presentations/exhibitions

Obligations

  • 1–3 years of experience in technical product sales or project management (preferably in a technical field)

  • Practical knowledge of CRM and 1C – at the level of daily use – advantage

  • Romanian and Russian fluently , written and spoken correctly

  • Driving license category B

  • Communication, analysis, discipline, attention to detail.

Salary

  • Salary: 25,000 - 40,000 lei
