- Management of transactions from receipt of cargo to complete closure
- Interaction with carriers and brokers
- Solving current logistical tasks
Strong communication skills;
Ability to handle objections;
Willingness to learn;
Stress-resilience and proactivity.
Language proficiency!
For each closed deal, employees receive 40-50% of the commission earned by the company from that deal.
Upon meeting the set targets, an employee receives a bonus amounting to +10% of their total monthly income (including the fixed part and commission).
Monday – Friday: 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday, Sunday – Closed
