Rogob is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Store Network Development Manager to contribute to the expansion of the store network. We are looking for a professional colleague with solid experience in management, business development and retail expansion, with strong skills in coordinating complex projects.
Your responsibilities:
developing and implementing strategies to expand the store network at a national level;
identifying and evaluating opportunities to open new locations;
managing the negotiation and acquisition/lease process of commercial spaces;
collaborating with internal and external teams for expansion projects;
budget and resource management for the development of new locations.
What are we waiting for:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of store or retail network development;
excellent negotiation, relationship and project management skills;
mobility (outside the office) and availability for field trips;
ability to work with strict deadlines;
Higher education in economics, management or a similar discipline.
